Information for you all for the start of the new year
Dear Parents and Students Welcome back for 2012. I hope you all are refreshed after having a wonderful holiday with your families. This will be another good year full of its own challenges and opportunities. Progress on our building changes is good but some time is needed for our teachers to set up their rooms so I have included the program when various levels will first attend. Senior subject choices and course selection will take place next week Wed 25th - Fri 27th. Please follow the instructions on the "Senior subject Choices" tab on the upper left of this page. Mon 30th Jan - Yr 13 leaders 9am Tues 31st Jan - Yr 9 students and Yr 13 leaders 10.30am Wed 01 Feb - Yr 7/8 students 9am - 2pm Thu 02 Feb - Yr 10 students 9.30am, Yr 11, 12 & 13 students 10.15am Fri 03 Feb - All students, timetabled classes begin. Our 2010 NCEA results are excellent and a real testament to our hard working students and supportive teachers. Well done to you all. Results at this stage; Level 1 - 83% pass, L2 - 63%, L3 - 63%, UE - 58% The L3 results will be boosted further as more results come in. Best wishes for a wonderful year (free of shakes!)
